Good morning, ICanHasers! As you get out of your warm cozy bed, walk on over to the kitchen to make yourself a hot cup of coffee to help open up those eyes, we're back with our weekly Power of Love segment where we shine a light on amazing hooman beings and their rescued cats. But mostly the cats. If you're new here, this segment is all about affirming the idea that love is power and love can save the world. If we were to be a little bit more precise, then it'd be this: Adopt, don't shop. There are many animals in shelters all around the world (as we speak), all are helpless and in need.

We realize that adoption requires tons of knowledge, patience, and time. But what pet doesn't? Many people also believe in the stereotype of all shelter cats being vicious and anti-social. But that's just simply not true. There's nothing time, effort, and lots of love can't fix.

"Reeves was found after he was attacked by a bobcat. I called the vet when I was on my way in. I didnt think he would make it to the vet. 2 vets told me to put him down but 1 was willing to try! After vet stays and physical therapy he recovered and was adopted!"
